People are pointing to some of the big users: people behind proxies at work and soldiers overseas. Both of these user groups can be eliminated relatively rapidly. Personally, I pay attention to who is making money, I don't really care who is raising it. If you read paidcontent.org you'll see there is tons of money going around right now.
