If you are interested we have developed a FREE roboform online backup tool. It has saved my butt a ton of times in terms of recovering my files after a computer crash. Or when I come home from work, I can restore my Roboform files from my work computer with a simple click of the button.

There are still ways to get data off a failed drive. For example, you can try putting it in the freezer for a a few hours, and then you may get a few minutes to back stuff up from it before it dies (but if you do this, it tends to then be dead forever iirc).

Yea, I didn’t check that box – so maybe it’s just user error(isn’t it always>). On the other hand, maybe that could be checked on default?

If you go into the passcards file select home and then on the top ‘passcards – > print’ a printable list of all the usernames and passwords will appear. On the right there is a checkbox that says ‘full url’ the full urls will be added on the list. I print this out and keep it in the safe bolted to the floor in my bedroom in the ‘what you need if I get hit by a bus file’. It shows IP’s and URL’s. Not a perfect solution but better than nuthin’.

even has a built in randomizer … you close your eyes and randomly hit your keybaord … wokrd real good too.

I just emailed Roboform tech support and they say all info (inc. URLs) is saved. Their reply:

Yes, ALL information including URLs will be restored.

Please, try this:
- backup your Roboform data;
- go to backup folder;
- double-click any Passcard.

You will be able to see all information stored in this Passcard including URL (at the bottom of the Editor’s window).

…Just not true… When you use Backup & Restore function (or simply back up your data folder somewhere) RoboForm saves EVERYTHING you put in to it, including the URL’s.
