I would suggest holding the tournament at pokerstars. They're the best poker tournament website and i've had great experience with their support team (unlike partypoker). Email support@pokerstars.com and explain your situation. Put 'urgent' in the subject and they'll get back to you really fast. Once you have access to create private tournaments, you can make one anywhere from a $10 and $500 buy-in. Or if you want I can make it for you... just send me an email. Yeah, PartyPoker sucks.
