It’s not just adult. This past weekend represented a huge shift in Google. This Disruption has created opportunity in the marketplace.
Learn what has changed, figure out what is happening and adapt. These disruptions may seem bad at first, but if you’re ahead of the curve you should be able to ride these changes all the way to the bank.
I haven’t seen the outside world in days . . . this is like an ever shifting video game on a global scale.
I’m sure you’ve heard the JFK quote
“There is a Chinese curse which says, “May he live in interesting times.” Like it or not, we live in interesting times…”
Funny thing is, that was just more hoax marketing. The Chinese never said that.
Change is good.

In my stats I see that I was ahead already…
Passend das Zitat von John F. Kennedy am Ende: “There is a Chinese curse which says, “May he live in interesting times.” Like it or not, we live in interesting times…” [...]
to me personally most of the sites i had had tonight all the suplmental results flushed down the toilet. This situation bringing down the traffic. It is really weird because i have pages with good pr that kept the PR and were still taken out of the results on google.
The update of google did not stop it seems it is still on going and cutting down sites and bringing others up on some new alg change.
Would be interesting to discuss here your personal experiences on this Google Update
I noticed a change to one keyword phrase I follow somewhat closely yesterday, but today things seem to have reversed somewhat. I compared the current google results and my rankings for a few keywords with those from a month or so ago and there are some changes, but for some keywords there isn’t any change in my rankings.
Looking at my referral logs in Mint I seem to get a lot of the same phrases or variants of them along with the odd new keyword or phrase but I continue to add new content occaisionally.
I don’t think this is a “sky is falling” type update that the Chicken Littles over at Webmaster World forum always proclaim every time Google does anything…
the idea is there are some big changes at google and it seems they are doing this to increase their AdWrods earnings i would say. Taking commercial sites of the big keywords listings, template style pages get deindexed. Google is acting not as we knew until now.
We now must reverse engineer what will this new Google work like in the SERPS.
just my 2 cents
Also, more proof to not believe a thing Matt Cutts says as I believe he said that there would be no major updates until after the holiday season
