It’s a JS created link; if they’re trying to rank for that term, then they’re doing it wrong.
Ditto re: JS created link won’t be indexed anyway? I wonder if there are JS aware spiders yet.

I don’t think the goal of this was SEO at all. I’m assuming the nofollow is just a preventative measure.
