Drumming. Work… sometimes – depends on how many distractions. Now I think about it though, it happens all the time for me, any many different situations. Possibly not a good thing… maybe I’m doing way too many things I love to get stuck in to and keeping my head in the sand to others stuff.

I crave flow. One of the most important reasons to live. I experience it when programming, gaming, performing music, sometimes when public speaking, when writing… flow is the greatest feeling and the most productive state of being. They should teach kids about it in school.
