Dude, quadzilla. Ordinarily I agree with you – but in Chrome’s case I was curious of the same thing, so I went and poured over the source code just to make sure. It’s legit. It doesn’t spy. Go see for yourself.

If you do find any proof, I’d love to see it – because it will be a great blog post and very newsworthy.

Google “Work From Home” or “make money online” you will see that position 4 is always google adwords. With a bs ad about making money at home with adwords. Then click on that link and be taken to the regular google adwords landing page which of course has no indication of making money online / work from home. Quality score of 1 it should be but it’s still there in all it’s evil lie glory.

Dude, chrome is open source. Go download the code and look it over. It doesn’t do any phoning home or spying. Not sure where you got that idea from.

That’s without mentioning that while they were taking a stand for freedom of speech and revelling in their self righteousness, they actually were censoring results for us in the rest of the world:

When I checked when this article was out, the results were even less relevant than they are today. Talk about not being evil…
